We have developed an industry-pioneering digital platform for shipping products to foreign markets. Our advanced digital solution offers a complete package for handling e-commerce shipments. All steps of the international logistics chain are covered, including support for shipping via land, air, and sea. This system also analyzes the data of every package to select the most efficient shipping process for shorter delivery times and lower costs. Our goal is to eliminate the challenges of traditional logistics solutions to increase customer satisfaction and give sellers a more affordable way to handle shipping and grow sales.

We support a more efficient shipping method thanks to our partnerships with various suppliers, airlines, warehouses, delivery companies, and governments. As part of our goal to revolutionize e-commerce shipping, we have developed a separate logistics infrastructure that does not rely on an overburdened postal service or costly express shipping companies. In just a few short years, we have grown to cover logistics for eight international destinations with three regional hubs. We have already established service agreements and strategic cooperation with partners in China, Hong Kong, East Asia, India, Australia, Middle East, Europe USA , and many other top logistics suppliers for online purchases. We have the supply chain needed to handle the growth of your e-commerce business.


OUR TEAM

Who are we?

Exelot is backed by a team of professionals with decades of industry experience. The company was founded by current CEO Daniel Cohen, who provides his expertise as a former VP at Israel Post. Daniel was previously a VP business development and marketing for high technology Israeli companies with vast experience of implementing projects internationally. Daniel Cohen also recently named one of the 30 best leaders to watch in 2020 by The Silicon Review. Co-founder Izack Varsanno is the chief programmer and chief architect for the IDF logistics unit at MAANA and has over 25 years of experience in programming and managing programmers in the military, civil, and start-up arenas, including with logistics. The management team also includes experts from the fields of e-commerce operations, marketing, international shipping, logistics, banking, and a former director for the Israeli Finance Ministry.

Tuvia Barak

Advisor

Tuvia Barak serves as a Venture Partner with several funds including Lux Capital, Lythical Ventures and Grove Ventures. In 1982, Mr. Barak joined Tadiran, Inc., the North American subsidiary of Tadiran, the largest electronics conglomerate in Israel. During his 12-year tenure, over $3 billion in revenue was achieved under his direction, and Tadiran became one of the major suppliers of tactical communications to the U.S. Army. Mr. Barak developed strategic alliances and partnerships with some of the largest aerospace and defense companies. In 1993, Mr. Barak established his own marketing and consulting practice, advising U.S. and international companies on business development, marketing strategies, technology assessment, and mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace and technology fields. Mr. Barak is a member of the Board of Directors of Skyline Software, WhiteCanyon Software, Weatherbell Analytics, and Toonimo and special advisor to Astra Capital Management, and Heller Industries. He previously served as a Board Director at Brashear LP., Fairchild Imaging, and Arinc Corp., all of which were acquired by major companies with exceptional returns to their investors. His many clients have included The Carlyle Group, Boeing, L-3 Communications, ITT, General Dynamics, AAI/Textron, BAE, EDS, DRS, Elbit Systems, Schott, Selex, Ness Technologies, Vought Aircraft, SanDisk, United Defense, Mantech International, NanoSys, MapInfo, Rockwell Collins and Raytheon. Mr. Barak has a M.Sc. in E.E. from the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.

Daniela Bendor

Daniela brings over 25 years of investment banking, corporate finance, investment advisory and senior management experience with focus on the technology, retail, healthcare, and services sectors. Prior to founding a merchant bank Ms. Bendor was a Managing Director at Axiom Capital a full service investment bank with $2 billion in AUM. Daniela was a Managing Partner at Broadmark Capital and was heading its New York office. Previously, Daniela served as a Managing Director at Marco Polo Partners (Spin-off from Lehman Brothers) responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions. In addition, she held a managerial position in Becton Dickinson (NYSE:BDX) and led a Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning Department at Arthur Andersen, Israel. Successfully developed and executed equity and debt financing and M&A transactions totalling over $3 Billion in value. Daniela serves as an advisor to senior management and boards of directors regarding complex strategic and financial transactions. She is also a frequent speaker at M&A, Finance and technology- related conferences. Daniela graduated with an M.B.A from the Hebrew University, summa cum laude. She holds Series 7, 79 and Series 63 FINRA registrations. She is also a board member at the Opus Connect NY Chapter (an exclusive network of senior executives in private equity, family offices, investment banking, and finance) and board observer at Boardwalk Frozen Treats (Baskin Robbins expansion into the grocery store).

Ido Ophir

Ido brings over 20 years of experience managing large scale enterprise software applications, combining broad technical background with management skills. Leading Personetics' global professional services organization, servicing the largest financial institutions around the world, responsible for large scale software deployments to millions of end users. Previously part of the management team of NICE Actimize, responsible for bringing software products to market by managing a team of product managers, crafting a roadmap for the technology platform and business applications. Ido served in the IDF Logistic Computing unit responsible for the large-scale logistics database platform.
